Stacy Olson is a Top 20 Producer (2022, 2024, 2025) and Licensed Real Estate Broker with Clearwater Montana Properties, based in Lewistown, Montana. With over 6 years of real estate experience and 80 successful transactions across the state, Stacy specializes in residential homes, land, ranches and recreational properties throughout Central Montana.

A lifelong Central Montanan, Stacy was raised in Lewistown, and her husband, Joel, was raised on a local ranch by Hobson. She and Joel offer years of local knowledge, a deep understanding of the area, knowledge of market trends, and a strong connection to the community. Stacy and Joel work together as a team, helping clients navigate everything from home purchases to acreage, ranch, and hunting properties under the Big Sky Country.

Before entering real estate, Stacy spent over 20 years as a nurse at Central Montana Medical Center, where she built a reputation for trust, attention to detail, and client advocacy. These qualities now define her real estate approach. Her background allows her to guide home buyers and sellers with care, thought, and precision.

Stacy is passionate about preserving older homes, supporting local youth programs, and proudly works with veterans. She is active in the Lewistown Soccer Club and believes in giving back to the community.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys camping, hiking, and hunting across Montana's vast ranges. She and Joel are raising three boys in the Lewistown area and never take for granted the life and land they help others find.
